STUDER PROPERTIES - INTRODUCTORY SESSION REGARDING THE SEVEN (7) REMAINING PARCELS AT COMMUNITY MARITIME PARK.

SUMMARY:
Studer Properties was granted an 18-month option period for the seven (7) remaining parcels at Community Maritime Park.
Studer Properties has engaged Jeff Speck and Marina Khoury as consultants, they will be in town on November 29th for this introductory session.
The purpose of this kickoff session is to begin the learning and education phase. The goals for this initial session are to:
• Introduce Jeff and Marina to key stakeholders in our community and city leadership
• Provide an opportunity to share relevant history and knowledge regarding the Community Maritime Park
• Share your high level vision or ideas for the future of the park and these parcels
PRIOR ACTION:
September 13, 2018 - City Council granted an 18 month option to Studer Properties for the seven (7) remaining parcels in Community Maritime Park.
