SUMMARY:
John Streitmatter has met with all members of City Council and with the Mayor to get an idea of their priorities. During this workshop, Mr. Streitmatter will facilitate the discussion of building a Strategic Plan, developing a mission statement and value statement for the City, working at prioritizing the recommendations from the Mayor’s Transition Team Report as well as developing a set of priorities for the City.
