That the Eastside Redevelopment Board (ERB) approve changing the time of all future regular meetings from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., while retaining its current meeting schedule.

SUMMARY:
Currently the Eastside Redevelopment Board (ERB) holds regular quarterly meetings on the second Wednesday of each quarter at 4:00 p.m. Based on the current schedule, the ERB meets during October, January, April, and July, each year with special meetings scheduled as needed. Recently, meetings have been rescheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m., at the request of the Chairperson.
The ERB is asked to formally approve changing the time of all future regular meetings from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., to accommodate Board member scheduling conflicts, while retaining its current meeting schedule.
PRIOR ACTION:
March 14, 2013 - City Council adopted Ordinance No. 09-13 which established the Eastside Redevelopment Board.
May 29, 2013 - The ERB adopted Rules of Procedure.
