SUMMARY:
GECI and Associates, INC., is requesting Final Subdivision Plat approval for a new residential subdivision, Corte de La Rua, located at 117 East La Rua Street. The development includes a total of five (5) lots, four (4) of which are townhome lots, and one (1) common parcel.
On May 12, 2020, the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the request.
