SUMMARY:

The City of Pensacola received a request from Mr. Kendall G. Wilder for approval of a vacation of right-of-way for a 10’ portion of 16^th Avenue between Belmont and Wright Streets. The purpose of the vacation is to allow the applicant to construct two single-family detached structures instead of one single-family detached structure.

On May 12, 2020, the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the request.

PRIOR ACTION:                     

June 11, 2020 - The City Council conducted a public hearing and approved Proposed Ordinance No. 22-20 on first reading.
