That City Council approve the purchase and installation of a splash pad at Legion Field Park from PlayCore Wisconsin,Inc. d/b/a GameTime the amount of $212,339.40 plus a 10% contingency in the amount of $21,234.00 for a total cost not to exceed $233,573.40. Further, that City Council authorize the Mayor to execute all contracts, related documents, and take all related actions necessary to complete the project.

SUMMARY:
As part of the fiscal year 2020 LOST IV budget, several improvements to Legion Field Park were approved, including a fitness court, playground, press box, T-ball field, bleachers, splash pad, and walking path. Several components of the project have already been completed. This item did not require bids since it is being purchased through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Funding in the amount of $1,313,000 has been appropriated in the Local Option Sales Tax Fund for Legion Field Park Improvements and $18,000 appropriated in the Local Option Sales Tax Fund for Park Sidewalk Improvements. To date, $1,094,086.31 has been expended or encumbered leaving a balance of $236,913.69 which is sufficient for the completion of this project.
