That City Council follow Section 2.04 of the Council Rules and Procedures regarding Agenda Conference - General; so that the Agenda Conference shall occur prior to the CRA Board Meeting.

SUMMARY:
In February of 2019 City Council passed a Legislative Item which permitted the CRA Meetings to be held prior the Agenda Conference.
At this time it is viewed appropriate that this be reversed so that the Agenda Conference will come before the CRA Meeting which seems to be in accordance Section 2.04 of the City Council Rules and Procedures.
PRIOR ACTION:
February 14, 2019 - City Council approved allowing the CRA Meeting to be held prior to the Agenda Conference on the first meeting of the month.
