SUMMARY:
This item allows for a discussion about the current lighting standard in place and provides the opportunity to review the standards for applicability across the spectrum (Commercial, Residential, Roadways, etc)
Recently some lights have been placed within residential areas where questions have been raised as to the excess lumination for a given location.
