SUMMARY:
This item is set to discuss the Street Lighting Plan and/or to begin the process of determining a plan.
Each Council Member likely has a good idea of the need for street lighting within their district, this will provide an opportunity to lay the ground work as an initial step to determining needs per district and then developing an overall plan for the City; then coordinating that plan with the budget for future actions.

Prior discussion on the need to develop a new plan.
