BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Chris Shepherd (Cox Pools of the Southeast) is requesting approval for a new in-ground swimming ground pool at a noncontributing property. The proposed pool will be 20’x10’ with Travertine coping and a short stucco finish wall. It will be located in an existing paved area between the primary structure and accessory garage. The applicant has provided detailed renderings of the proposed work as well as approval from the Aragon Architectural Review Board.
