RECOMMENDATION:

Mallory Studer is requesting approval for exterior renovations and the additions of accessory structures. The scope of work includes landscape and hardscape changes, the addition of event spaces in the front and rear, as well as associated accessory structures such as a bathroom facility and pavilion. Changes to the main noncontributing structure primarily include rebuilding the front porch stairway and front door entryway. For the proposed accessory structures, materials include fiber cement siding, metal roofing, and clad wood windows and louvered wood shutters where indicated.
