RECOMMENDATION:

Philip Partington is requesting approval to construct an accessory residential unit (ADU) with a garage on the ground floor and living quarters on the second. The garage will be located in the northeast corner of the property to make use of the existing driveway. Proposed materials include fiber cement siding, wood brackets, clad-wood windows, architectural shingles and a paint palette to match the main residence.
