BACKGROUND:
recommendation
George Biggs is requesting conceptual approval to add a access stairway to connect two contributing buildings. The stairway will be located on the second-story rear and will be a continuation of an existing rear balcony at 10 S. Palafox Place. A access door way will also be added to the rear of 14 S. Palafox Place. The connection will be approximately 5’ long and 6’ wide and will match the existing balcony and rails in materials and color.
