BACKGROUND:

Dan Girardin is requesting conceptual approval for a new three-story single family residence. The new construction will feature entertaining areas and a pool on the ground floor and living space on the second and third. Additionally, there will be a basement accessed by a car elevator and a roof top terrace. Proposed materials include white stucco siding, tempered glass guardrails, and impact resistant doors and windows. Since this item is for conceptual review, the applicant will return for final review in the near future.
