SUMMARY:
Upon entering the FY22 Budget process, City Council will hold its first Budget Workshop. This workshop will have the following topics:
1. Discussion of the FY22 City Council Operating Budget
a. Presentation from Council’s Strategic Budget Planner regarding the Budgeting Process and Governmental Accounting 101
2. Discussion of City Council Priorities
3. Discussion of the usage for the $500,000 unassigned carryover funds currently frozen by City Council.
This workshop will allow the City Council to discuss these items, discuss proposals and discuss what priorities they would like to see within the FY22 Budget. NO votes will be taken during the workshop.
