SUMMARY:
Recently, the Pensacola-Escambia Promotion and Development Commission (PEDC) put out a request for proposals to developers related to the Pensacola Technology Park. The RFP period began in June and ended at the end of October; however no responses were received.
This discussion item gives the City Council the opportunity to discuss the future of the Technology Park and specifically the unused land so that this information can be relayed to the PEDC.
