SUMMARY:
The last joint meeting between the City Council and the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners was January 30, 2017. Given the length of time since the last joint meeting, the installation of a new administration and new majority City Council, this item seeks to discuss the possibility of holding a joint meeting.
This item seeks to gauge the desire to hold a joint session, as well as an initial discussion of possible topics for such a meeting.
