BACKGROUND:

Todd Vucovich is requesting approval to install a gas generator and tankless gas hot water heater on the west side yard of a noncontributing structure. The proposed equipment will be hidden from the street view by landscaping and wood pickets will placed on the west side facing the neighbor’s house.
