BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Dan Girardin is requesting final approval for a new three-story single family residence. The new construction will feature entertaining areas and a pool on the ground floor and living space on the second and third. Additionally, there will be a basement accessed by a car elevator and a roof top terrace. Proposed materials include white stucco siding, tempered glass guardrails, and impact resistant doors and windows. This project received conceptual approval at the January 2021 meeting where it also received a Variance to reduce the west side yard setback.
