BACKGROUND:

Stephanie Butler is seeking approval for exterior modifications to a contributing structure. The proposed scope of work includes renovation to the front porch and the addition of craftsman-style columns, replacing doors (3) on the rear and side with windows matching the existing materials and style, changing out the front door and shingle roof, adding shutters to select areas of the home, and repainting the home with colors chosen from Benjamin Moore’s historic collection.
