Helen Counsell is requesting conceptual approval for a one-story accessory residential unit (ADU) behind a contributing structure. The applicant has provided a site plan, conceptual floor plans, conceptual elevations, and site photographs. As drawn, the structure complies with general requirements for ADU’s.
