BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Brian Spencer is seeking approval to demolition a noncontributing warehouse. Since the structure is noncontributing, the applicant is not required to seek approval of replacement plans prior to receiving a demolition permit so long as the board does not find any historical, cultural, architectural, or archaeological significance. If no significance is found, a demolition permit may be issued per Sec. 12-3-10(1)j.
