BACKGROUND:
This item is meant to give the Board opportunity to discuss Site Specific Zoning Districts (or Site Specific Developments) located within Architectural Review Board Districts. There are currently three such zoning districts located within the Pensacola Historic District, one within and Pensacola Historic District and Palafox Historic Business District, and one in the Old East Hill Preservation District.
