SUMMARY:

                                          

Red Feather Developers LLC is requesting approval for a License to Use for improvements within the Right of Way at 150 South Baylen Street.  The purpose of this request is to allow for outdoor seating, balcony overhangs and landscaping to enhance the streetscape.  The future development, including the improvements in the right of way, will be subject to review and approval by the City’s Architectural Review Board.

 

On April 13, 2021, the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the request.
