Mark Chastain is seeking approval for exterior repairs and renovations to a noncontributing structure. The scope of work includes the addition of a custom built gutter box and two round downspouts at the front porch, combination of the garage storage unit with the garage parking area, replacement of the back yard and exterior stair tiles with deck boards, and modifications to the back yard landscaping.
