BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Erik and Lesa Gibson are requesting approval for new windows and shutters at a contributing structure. The applicants are proposing the following:
1. Replace the non-original plate glass windows facing Barcelona Street with custom-made decorative wood windows matching existing decorative windows;
2. Replace the non-original plate glass windows facing Strong Street with custom-made one over one wood windows to match existing;
3. Replace the plexiglass window on Strong Street with a decorative window;
4. Add storm windows to select windows on the first and second floor; and
5. Add historic replica louvered shutters painted “Mobile Green”
