BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Scott Sallis, Dalrymple Sallis Architecture, is requesting approval for the addition of an outdoor dining area at the rear of the structure. The scope of the project includes adding an open air canopy. The hardscape and planters are existing and are shown in the site photographs. The new canopy structure will be painted “Aurora Brown” with a 5v-crimp metal roof and “Urbane Bronze” painted gutters and downspouts. The interior of the addition will contain string lights, a large ceiling fan, and surface-mounted heaters which are provided in this packet.
