Requests for a Variance to Section 12-3-12(2)e Redevelopment Land Use District - 662 Aragon Street

BACKGROUND:
Scott Sallis, DSA, is seeking a request for a Variance at 662 Aragon Street to erect a new detached garage 2’1” from the property line in Aragon Subdivision. Allowing the garage to be pulled away from the property line on both sides would allow for a gable roof with eaves to match the direction of a new gable parapet at the residences new addition as well as other properties in the area.
This request has been routed through the various City departments and utility providers. Those comments are attached for your review.
