That City Council award a contract to Daikin Applied Americas, Inc. for replacement of the chiller at Gull Point Resource Center for $73,506.67, using OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Region 4 ESC #R200401. Further, that City Council authorize the Mayor to take all actions necessary to execute the contract and complete the project.

SUMMARY:
On May 27, 2021, the City received a quote to replace the chiller at Gull Point Resource Center. The project includes getting all necessary permits, removing existing chiller, making any improvements necessary for installation, and installation of the new unit. The quote was received in accordance with Omnia Partners (formerly US Communities), Region 4 ESC Contract # R200401 in the amount of $73,506.67.

FUNDING:
Budget: $74,000.00 LOST IV - Gull Point Resource Center
Actual: $73,506.67 Omnia Partners, Region 4 ESC Contract
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Within the Local Option Sales Tax Fund, $74,000.00 has been transferred from savings in the Bayview Resource Center project to the Gull Point Resource Center project in order to replace the chiller. No additional funding should be needed.
