SUMMARY:
This item seeks to discuss the issue of flooding and draining on South DeVilliers in and around property owned by Dr. Gloria Horning.
As Council and administration has heard and been made aware of, even during minor rain events, this area floods.
As part of this discussion, topics to include:
a) LOST & Stormwater fee usage to address this issue
b) Updates on engineering studies on how to fix South DeVilliers
c) Are BP or ARPA funds available to address this issue
d) Potential for a traffic study and possible measures to discourage the use of DeVilliers as a “cut through”
