SUMMARY:

                                          

The City has many city owned and maintained stormwater ponds.  This item seeks to discuss the possibility of turning these ponds into green spaces or in the alternative, making them aesthetically pleasing so they do not have a negative impact on the businesses and neighborhoods around them.
