BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Kaipo Robello is seeking approval to paint a noncontributing brick structure. The applicant is proposing to use “Richmond White” ROMABIO which is a breathable, mineral based, and toxin-free paint made specifically for brick and masonry elements. The final product also appears as a natural finish rather than leaving a glossy or shiny surface.
