BACKGROUND:

Jim Bozeman is requesting approval for three new single-family residences. This request is an addition to a larger project approved by the board in September 2017 and again in April and May 2020. The design and materials of the new building, “Building G”, will be identical to “Building F” which was approved last year. The materials are labeled on the elevations and include Hardie shiplap siding, carriage-style garage doors, and asphalt dimensional shingles. The windows are proposed to be JeldWen Premium Atlantic vinyl. The previously approved paint palette has also remained consistent which alternates between gray hues within the Sherwin Williams collection.
