Conceptual Review for an Addition to an Accessory Structure

BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Tim Daniel is seeking conceptual review to rebuild and add to an accessory structure. The proposed project will extend and raise the existing rear roofline which was a past and poorly executed addition to the oriental structure. Although this item will return for final review, all materials are proposed to be consistent with the existing structure and the design of the addition is meant to keep with the exiting shotgun style architecture. Although the structure is historic, ADU’s and other accessory buildings are typically considered “noncontributing”.
