BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Carter Quina is requesting approval to construct a new pavilion in the existing courtyard at IHMC to enclose research equipment. The proposed addition has been designed to blend with the existing architectural style and will consist of stucco walls, a galvalume standing seam metal roof, and a new deck to connect with the east building. The existing landscape will remain or be slightly shifted to accommodate the new wall.
