BACKGROUND:

Christine Paul is requesting approval to renovate the exterior of a noncontributing brick residence. The scope of work includes replacing the existing windows with double hung, one over one vinyl, replace all exterior entry doors with fiberglass products, replace exterior wood siding with fiber cement Hardie siding, install a generator and pad along the rear, install composite decking and a screen at the rear, and to repaint all existing painted elements.
