BACKGROUND:

Jason Strahan is requesting approval for new garage doors on a detached accessory building. The proposed project will replace the existing inoperable wood doors with Raynor steel garage doors in a style that reflects the historic elements, with a 3 over 3 pane pattern and sectional cross bucks. Although the primary structure is a contributing structure, accessory buildings are typically (though not always) considered noncontributing.
