BACKGROUND:
recommendation
Scott Sallis is seeking approval to renovate a two-story contributing structure. The renovations will include a new rear deck, new roof dormers, new exterior paint, new windows, hardscape, and the removal of an existing chimney to avoid current roof leaks. This project was approved by the board in May 2021 with an amendment that work to the front stone wall return as an abbreviated review. Since there are been additional changes from the May approval, the application has returned for full board review.
