BACKGROUND:
Summer Carter (Northwest Florida Investment Group LLC) is requesting FINAL review of a new single-family residence. The proposed new construction will be a single story building with fiber cement siding, asphalt shingle roofing, a raised slab foundation, and a ribbon drive. Windows will be Plygem single hung 6/6 vinyl and doors will be Therma Tru fiberglass. Paint colors are from Benjamin Moore and include a Harrisburg Green body, Revere Pewter trim, and a Chelsea Gray door.
