Replacement Front Entry Doors at a Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Danny Grundhoefer is seeking approval to replace the front entry doors at the Rex Theater. The existing wood doors will be replaced with new painted aluminum doors with impact rated glass and applied trim matching the exiting elements.
