BACKGROUND:
Philip Partington is requesting FINAL approval for a new single-story commercial building. The proposed plans show a rebuild of the existing building which were conceptually approved in August 2021. The final plans show a brick façade with a covered outdoor seating area, a green wall system, aluminum entry doors and windows, a standing seam metal roof system supported by columns, and metal canopies.
