Request for Vacation of Right-of-Way - 400 Block E. Yonge Street

BACKGROUND:
A request has been received from the City of Pensacola, Parks and Recreation, for a Vacation of Right-of-Way at the 400 Block of E. Yonge Street. The purpose is to combine the vacated right of way with adjoining parcels north and south of E. Yonge Street to become one parcel for the expansion of Magee Field Park.
This request has been routed through the various City departments and utility providers and their comments are attached for your review.
