Final Review for New Construction
end
BACKGROUND:
Michael and Anita Williams are seeking final review and approval for a new single-family residence. The new Victorian-style house will have finished floor elevation of __ and will be a two-story building with a maximum height of 30.3’. Materials include a brick veneer base, fiber cement lap siding with shake siding in the gables, wood-clad 6/6 double hung windows, wood handrails with turned spindles, and a paver ribbon driveway. The applicant would like to use either custom or antique wood doors and exterior lighting and is requesting that those products follow in an abbreviated review once they are found. The side windows on the front turret are planned to be double hung and 1/6 with the idea that stained glass panels will be mounted to the inside of the upper sash. The existing fence is planned to remain, and the existing curb cut will be reused.
Please find attached all relevant documentation for your review.
