Rear Addition to a Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Tim Daniels, Reflections Home Designs) is requesting conceptual approval for a proposed addition to the rear of a contributing structure. The proposed addition has been designed to complement and communicate the existing shed roof rear addition as well as the front porch in a way that does not detract from the secondary frontage along W. Wright Street. The project will have a matching profile siding, a matching brick veneer base with recessed sections, matching windows and shutters, and a matching shingle roof. Since this is for conceptual review, final plans showing any changes and all new materials will follow at a future meeting.
