SUMMARY:

                                          

The LED Lighting Upgrade project will provide cost savings to the City of Pensacola and reduce GHC emissions. The emission reduction from this project alone is 1,091 Metric Tons of CO2 equivalent (MTCO2e) per year.  This is a 6% reduction in GHG emissions for the City of Pensacola.  This project will take place in each district and seeks to convert nearly all of the existing streetlights owned and maintained by Florida Power and Light.
