That City Council reappoint Lou Mitchell Courtney a Planning Board Member or resident property owner of the Pensacola Historic District, North Hill Preservation District or Old East Hill Preservation District and George R. Mead, II a resident property owner of the Pensacola Historic District, North Hill Preservation District or Old East Hill Preservation District, to the Architectural Review Board for a term of two (2) years, expiring September 30, 2023.

The Architectural Review Board approves or disapproves plan for buildings to be erected, renovated, or razed which are located, or to be located within the historic districts, preservation district and governmental center district.
