RECOMMENDATION:

Scott Holland is requesting FINAL approval for exterior modifications to a contributing structure. The scope of work encompasses the following: 1) removal of an existing flat metal awning and supporting brackets and rods; 2) repair the outer wall to address water intrusion; and 3) provide new exterior design elements consisting of applied wall columns, cornice trim band, and new exterior wall finishes; and 4)furnish a new awning composed of a cantilevered, powder-coated aluminum truss frame and fabric cover.
