That City Council appoint to the Fire Prevention Board of Appeals Alyce Flournoy-Jones and reappoint Jay Larson as members to a term ending August 31, 2019; appoint Ian Barber, as a member to a term expiring August 31, 2020; reappoint James F. Lee and appoint Michael Ritz, as members to a term ending August 31, 2021; and appoint Jeff Martin, as an alternate member to a term ending August 31, 2020.
